很久...沒有獨自一人地跑步了

很懶散的七月

Placement的programme&reportsss,搬屋的事宜,慶祝生日等等...

昨天傍晚,穿上mizuno,走到街頭

聽著iPod,跑著最習慣的路線

頭一半的路程,找不到自己的節奏,很急...很亂...

平日聽的歌,bite也彷彿慢了下來~

待在路程中段的轉折點

歇了兩分鐘,看看天空沙灘

調整一下自己的心態

其後的路程漸漸地加快速度

呼...完成了！
